BOOKING AND ENQUIRIES
The Karangahake Hall is available for hire.
This beautiful facility is available for parties, weddings, workshops and all manner of gatherings. With a capacity of up to 180 people, this warm, welcoming building is the perfect venue to meet, share and enjoy.
HIRE RATES:
$35/hour for the first two hours.
$20 per additional hour.
Minimum 2 hour booking required.
Discount of 50% for locals (Karangahake Hall Ratepayers).
$500 refundable Bond.
There is the large open Hall space, a good sized kitchen and a small meeting room available for use. There are currently 21 trestle tables, 96 padded chairs and 28 wooden chairs available on site.
The hall is not available for 21sts of people outside our community apologies.
Residents 21sts permitted at Committee’s discretion.
Attached below are the documents required to make a booking - the casual application form and the bond form. These can be downloaded and printed up, then filled out, scanned and e-mailed to us.
